  • Customization Service

    After consulting with the customer, we are ready to start a new project.
    1. If the customer has drawings, including dimensions, materials, and special requirements, then we can make molds according to the drawings.
    2. If the customer does not have a drawing, but has a sample, you need to send the sample to our engineer, and then we will measure the size and make the drawing. Then we make molds according to the drawings.

    Sometimes, the customer will make a smaller and lower cost sample mold, just to make a sample. Sometimes, customers directly make a large mold for making samples and mass production.
    The mold is usually made of steel. We promise that the mold can be used 50,000 times within 10 years. If there is a problem during the warranty period, our company will bear the cost of repair or remanufacturing.
  • After the mold is finished, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make samples, our engineers will measure the size and test hardness of the samples to ensure the quality of the samples. Then we send the samples to our customers for testing.

    After the samples are confirmed, we will start mass production. The production process is as follows:
    Raw material test → prescription → mixed material → cutting material → one-time curing → one-time inspection → accidental inspection → burr treatment → 100% visual inspection → IPQC → washing or grinding → post-curing → FQC → packaging
    After mass production and FQC, we will then pack the high-quality products in plastic bags, and then pack them in cartons.
